Heart of Louis d'Or

The fine and complex aromas of Louis D'or are already expressed eloquently after 9 months of maturation. It reveals aromas of hazelnuts and butter. This cheese takes its name from the Louis d'Or farm, which produces the fine milk used to make it. It is a cheese made from raw cow's milk.
