Shrimp and Taliah Tacos

Between the well-seasoned shrimp, the crunch of the pico de gallo, the creaminess of a homemade avocado sauce, and the saltiness of the Taliah, these tacos are simply incredible! The flavor of the cheese slips into every bite for a result that is fresh, flavorful, and 100% satisfying. A simple, quick, and characterful recipe—perfect for nights when you want to treat yourself without too much fuss!

For the Pico de gallo:

  • 2 tomatoes, diced

  • 1 small white onion or French shallot, diced

  • 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped

  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of one lime

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • For the avocado sour cream:

  • 1 ripe avocado

         ½ cup sour cream

         1 tsp concentrated lemon juice

         Salt, to taste

 

For the shrimp:

  • 2 bags of shrimp (approx. 300 g), defrosted and well patted dry

  • Garlic powder

  • Chili powder

  • Cumin

  • Dried oregano

  • Cayenne powder (optional)

  • Pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

 

Others :

  • 12 corn tortillas

  • 1/2 cup of Taliah
