  • 2 potatoes, baked

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 jalapeño, chopped

  • 2 white fish fillets

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1/2 cup grated Louis d'Or

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp. mustard

  • 1 tsp. salted herbs

  • Tabasco (Optional)

  • 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
