Decadent brownies that everyone will love! Imagine an ultra-melting texture, an intense chocolate flavor, and the crunch of Oreo cookies… Add to that our artisanal butter from the Fromagerie, and you have an even richer and tastier treat! This brownie is simple to make, but incredibly addictive. Just one square, and you'll be won over. Dare to enjoy it while it's still warm… with a scoop of ice cream, it's heaven!

170 g (or 1 cup) dark chocolate pieces
3/4 cup butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
14 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in the microwave in two 45-second sessions, stirring between each.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the brown sugar.
Add the mixture to the tempered chocolate and mix well.
Add the flour and mix until the dough is smooth.
Add half of the chopped Oreo cookies to the mixture and mix gently.
Pour the batter into a greased pan, spread the remaining Oreos on top and press lightly.
Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
