Ces bouchées de jalapeños poppers au Louis d’Or sont le parfait équilibre entre piquant, fondant et croustillant. Garnies de fromage, elles font sensation à l’apéro, en party, en soirée entre amis ou pour un buffet gourmand.

1 block of softened cream cheese
1 cup grated Presbytery Cheddar
3 green onions, sliced
Zest of one lemon
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Meat of 2 lobsters
1 cup grated Louis d'Or
Spray oil or drizzle of oil

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Presbytery Cheddar, green onions (reserve a small amount for garnish), lemon zest, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Roughly chop the lobster meat, add it to the cheese mixture (reserve a few pieces for garnish) and mix well.
Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
Top with grated Louis d'Or, then Panko. Lightly spray with oil.
Sprinkle some smoked paprika on top.
Cook on the BBQ or in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and garnish with reserved green onion and reserved lobster pieces.
Serve hot with croutons.
